How to mig weld aluminum like a professional. Here are some of my tips for starting the welding aluminum mig welder.
1. Use the youngest of the welding gun mig effort to have less internal resistance. The more resistance there is in the welding wire more difficult it will be for that through feed without problems. The biggest problem people face when MIG welding aluminum is that they can get power cord through problems.
2. Make sure you use an au use grooved feed roller. There are many different types of feed rollers for different wire welding applications. For wires have to use au ally grooved roller. The design of the feed roller will be easier for cable seized more evenly making it easier to feed through the lining.
3. When MIG welding aluminum is also necessary to use a point of contact large. This is so that the cable does not stick.
4. Also when welding aluminum mig welder with a standard steel lining in the welding torch must be replaced. Replace the steel lining would normally use with a solid mig wire lined with plastic or Teflon. These special coatings that are designed to help feed the wire through ally without problems.
